We had a rat trying to get into our garden and thankfully caught it early. Mike was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He inspected everything thoroughly, checked the preventative measures we already had in place, and laid out a clear plan. He followed up weekly for four weeks to make sure the issue was under control, and even did a final visit to wrap things up properly. Communication was always clear and timely, and the pricing was fair and transparent. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and really gave us peace of mind. We had an angry nest of wasps in our bar loft. Mike came the next day and did what needed to be done then returned the following week to remove the now empty nest. Discrete, quick, knowledgeable and the nicest guy you could ever meet. Also very low cost compared to the National Companies. I hope I don't need to call him again but he will be my first choice if I ever do. Highly recommended!

We had what turned out to be rats in the loft, among other places. Mike was extremely persistent in tracking down and resolving the problem, unlike other services we tried, and gave great advice throughout. He could be a bit difficult to get hold of, but I wouldn't hesitate in using him again.

We had started getting wasps in our upstairs bathroom that were still getting in when the window was closed and realised they were managing to get through the light fitting from the loft space above. Mike was very friendly and quickly assessed the problem and the best way to get rid of them. Would definitely recommend his services!

Rural house, small family of field mice booked into our loft space for the winter season... Mike came out super quick, treated the issue without chemicals. Traced back to where they had found a way in and evicted the unwanted guests. Highly recommended.
