We had a mouse in our flat after a problem in our building. Gabriel was excellent and spent over 2 hours finding and sealing all potential entry points across the flat as well as reassuring us and providing peace of mind. Could not recommend highly enough!

We have discovered mice in our flat on four occasions over the past two weeks. Our landlord has already arranged a pest control company to attend. They have sealed and filled several holes inside the property. However, the mice are still active within the wall cavities. In addition, our neighbours have also reported mice in their flat, which suggests that the issue may be affecting the building as a whole. The pest control company advised us that, as the mice appear to be living inside the walls and possibly in the communal areas of the building, we should contact the council to arrange treatment of the internal wall spaces and communal areas, including placing bait stations and other control measures. At present, the mice may not be able to come out into the rooms, but they remain very noisy inside the walls, especially at night. We are therefore hoping the council can assist in addressing this wider building-level pest problem.

I can't recommend Gabriel and Bon Accord Pest Control highly enough. My wife and I were away last week and our kids called in a panic as they'd seen and smelt a rat in the house. We called Bon Accord and Gabriel - amazingly! - came round that afternoon to catch it. He left bait at possible entry points. He returned a couple of days later to survey our house including inspecting the roof. He worked out the likely entry point and left more bait and a motion sensitive camera. He came back again a third time and confirmed where the rats were getting in. He and his colleague fitted a blocker to hopefully prevent them returning along with more bait to test his plan. He'll come back in a week's time to check. I'd give Bon Accord six stars if I could! Gabriel and his colleague were responsive, professional and courteous. He's on speed dial and will recommend him to everyone I know.
