Swift responses and genuine know-how are what reviewers highlight most often about Cedar Pest Control & Prevention, and the same notes of thanks appear across the accounts from Southampton. Customers describe wasps cleared from a communal apartment block, fleas dealt with after a previous tenant, bees removed from a flat roof and rats kept under control around a shared building. The team, regularly named as Clare, Claire and Steve, comes over as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, explaining what had been found and how the problem had arisen.

One caller received telephone guidance about a tree bumblebee, learning which species it was and that sealing the roof after the insects had left would be sufficient, which avoided an unnecessary visit. Reviewers also record that a job turned out to be more involved than first thought yet was still finished properly, that work was completed with little mess, and that evening appointments suited households where everyone works during the day. Gratitude for thorough, approachable service runs through the feedback.
