What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Wasp nest removal and broader pest control work form the core of what this Birmingham specialist handles, and Robert, usually called Rob, is the name that appears most often in accounts of the jobs. Customers describe him as friendly, polite and easy to deal with, while his punctuality and quick replies to messages come up again and again, including visits arranged around shift work. The care brought to each task is a recurring point, whether two large nests are being taken out of a loft or an office is being cleared of unwanted visitors, and he is said to return until the problem is fully resolved.

Communication stands out in the feedback, with prompt answers before and after appointments, and pricing is repeatedly called reasonable or competitive. His manner is reported as reassuring and helpful, and the thoroughness of the treatment, together with the willingness to keep checking on progress, is mentioned by more than one customer. Recommendations passed on to others with similar infestations appear in the accounts, which points to satisfaction with both the result and the way the work is carried out.
