Ryan came out within half an hour of the first phone call, he explained what he was doing and why, he checked everything was safe for my dog and he told me what to expect. Ryan was a very pleasant and professional person and did what was needed. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

Ryan was so good, super responsive and great at dealing with me panicking about rodents in my loft. He was very kind and patient and always put my mind at rest that he would solve the issue - which he did!! Much more reasonable than large National pest control companies too!!
