Rodents, wasps, bees, squirrels and pigeons feature across the work described by customers in Coventry, with Dave, also called David, named repeatedly for his punctuality and polite manner. Accounts emphasise that he gets to the source of an infestation rather than treating symptoms, tracing entry points such as a rat problem in a kitchen roof space and explaining each stage while answering questions. Bird grills fitted around solar panels are recalled as an effective long-term measure, and the live removal of bees from floorboards is remembered for its quick response and efficient execution.

A number of customers describe fair pricing for the work carried out and clear communication from first contact through to completion. A theme running through the feedback is his willingness to speak with neighbours affected by the same issue. Follow-up visits to repair grills after storms are described as straightforward, while the advice given alongside a squirrel collection is called helpful. Wasps in a holiday cottage, resolved after other specialists had failed, stand out in one account for the speed of the response.
