DO NOT RECOMMEND. Really poor experience. DM pest control were sent out to deal with rats in our rental house by our agent. He didn't listen to us when we said where we heard them in the ceiling and instead opted to just put poison under the kickboards - where there were no signs of rats. He was called back the next week because we were still hearing rats. This time poison was put into the kitchen ceiling, though this only happened because my husband had to cut a hole up for him to put the blocks up. I do not rate services that choose to poison rats, it's caused us nothing but hassle since and we have had to live with putrid rotting rat smells in our kitchen for 3+ weeks. It's also inhumane and cruel. He was called back when the smell started and said there was nothing he could do and said that he had warned about smells. He made no offer to try and locate or retrieve the corpse. At no point did he look at any entry points or consider ways to prevent further rats from coming in. His poison has also led to rats dying in other houses in our terraced row, really not acceptable! The agent had to call out a different service instead who were fantastic and who have dealt with the issue immediately. I do not recommend this company in the slightest. Pay up and use a decent company that will fix the problem rather than waste time with this one.
