Great service removing a wasps nest - quick, efficient , came when they said they would (as I’m learning that’s surprisingly rare amongst tradespeople!). Very reasonable price and lovely guy. Will definitely contact again should any other pest issues arise , thank you!

Called re wasp nest.Local so arrived and treated nest site very quickly. Professional attitude. Very cheap compared with some other 'bigger' companies. Will certainly use again. Used several times now re wasps and mice.Each time issue resolved and guy knows his stuff. Again always very well priced.

Unprofessional. I had to reschedule an appointment and the contractor agreed over the phone to come the following day at 5:30 pm. He never showed up, not even a call. I had to call back the number just to be told by his wife "he doesn't work after 5". That's great, good work life balance, but don't take appointments at a time you don't want to work. After insisting on this point, the version changed and then I was told that he had a family emergency. Again, I'm sorry for your emergency, but give your clients a call and let them know. I gave up and never rescheduled with them. Found another contractor recognised by BPCA and problem solved.

Good advice on how to deal with spider beetles found in house. Very quick response to email I sent to them with pictures of beetle and larvae
