With it being in the roof of a 3 storey house I was refused by some big firms for it being too high up but these guys got it sorted no issue. Carl was great, he explained to me what treatment was needed and how we was going to apply it and was done within 20 minutes. The wasps were no more 3 hours later.
Rang up to ask if they could get rid of wasps. Aidan came the following day and eliminated them all. Thank you Aidan, can now get out in the garden again without swarms of wasps flying around 👍

I used Invicta to inspect some bird droppings on my relatively new roof as with the summer coming on there is a lot more bird activity and I'd read that the droppings may be corrosive to my new tiles. Invicta promptly came out to inspect the following day and very kindly detailed the key issues and answered my questions in detail. They provided pictures explaining that even though I'd had spikes installed on the aerial last year, they didn't span the whole length and so the was still room for birds to perch. Ultimately they reassured me that a good dose of rain would be enough to remove as the concentration was pretty low level and provided recommendations for aerial upgrading. I'd strongly recommend Invictus if you have any pest-related problems on your property.
I was hearing noises in the loft daily for 2 weeks and had used previous pest control companies who visited and suggested I place traps and poison. After no success, I contacted Invicta who came out quickly to sort. Carl and Callum were smashing, went straight into the loft and identified the issue.
