He carried out a clear, detailed assessment of the rodent activity, explained everything in a straightforward way, and handled the treatment professionally. What a fantastic company, and brilliant service. Literally within a few moments of posting the job, I'd had a phone call with a very helpful and supportive member of staff. Steve then arrived within an hour or so, looked the situation over, explained what he was going to do and took time to speak with our neighbours so that they were fully aware of what was happening. Everywhere was left clean and tidy with further reassuring words from Steve about contacting them again should anything else occur. Cannot praise you guys highly enough, thank you for such a fantastic job
I had the most annoying wasps nest on my patio where our seating area is in a brick cavity but I’ve had one of the guys out and it’s sorted first time. Brilliant job thanks very much. Definitely recommend this company. Arrived on time, no waiting around all day. Great job
Easy to contact, quick to respond and offered really helpful advice when we spotted rats in our garden. Can't recommend them enough.
Thank you so much for all your help and understanding on the phone when I called in a panic, after discovering rats. Louise who answered the phone to me was fab! She calmed me down and explained everything, even offering to phone round the technicians to see if anybody was nearly finished and could help me. Thank you Louise for organising and sending Dave round so quickly. Dave is very helpful, sympathetic and full of knowledge, and he instantly put my mind at rest, even though I was asking so many questions and running different scenarios past him! Malum were a really great company in solving problems for us, very quick to respond and helpful in explaining what was going on. They also spotted a problem which had been totally missed by another firm. Very pleased with their expertise and customer service.
I cannot fault them, amazing company. They managed to book me in within 24 hours of calling, Louise was so helpful on the phone, the guy who came out was so friendly and explained everything in detail to me. In the nicest of ways, fingers crossed I don’t have to use them in the future as I hate wasps lol, but if I do, i would book straight back in with them and will be recommending them to as many people as I can.
