The company kept us informed of his arrival time and he was very prompt. As soon as he left, we saw no more signs of infestation. On the second visit, the operative found the perpetrator. The company even suggested a repayment of the third visit (we paid £240 in advance). Well done! We’ve got our garden back!!
We've had Chris H out on several visits for a squirrel problem in our loft. All I can say is that Chris is fantastic at his job, not only is he knowledgeable with regard to eliminating the rodent issue. He also tell you the right information in keeping them out. I'm very grateful that we've dealt with him. Thank you Chris!!

Used them 2 years ago when the roofer evidence of rats/squirrels when re-tiling the roof. Only good thing I can report on is they turned up on time. Put a couple of traps in the loft and said I wouldn't have any further problems (I have!). Now having to get another company out, who hopefully won't be as clueless
Lied that they emailed my partner and he cancelled, never gave his contact in the first place. Of course never turned up. Zero apologies. Do not trust this company.
