Fantastic job done. Gareth came to our rescue within 10 hours A full survey was carried out to establish the type of attic infestation and the scope of works required. Highly recommend, great service. I was so freaked out when we discovered that we had a mouse problem. And this company was so responsive, so communicative, so helpful, and came so quickly. Not only that, they had a really clear plan for how they were going to deal with it, the next steps, and explained everything in a really, really reassuring way. I highly recommend. I think they were brilliant and so much better than some of the other companies I called that possibly could have come out on the same day, but then you'd never hear from them again. Whereas there was a three-step plan for coming out and return visits and a whole package that felt like exactly what we needed.
Gareth came out quick to assess what needed to be done. Also, Sean has been amazing from the beginning and Sean has especially worked hard over the last few weeks to solve our rat problem. Offered great prices and are lovely to talk too, great genuine people. Thank you both
