Pest Protect Pest Control London

Pest Protect Pest Control London is a family-run business that was established 28 years ago. It is an independent company. The company serves customers in greater London within the M25, including some home county areas. It serves both domestic and commercial customers. Pest Protect holds employers liability insurance of £10 million and public and products liability insurance of £5 million.

Its technicians are fully trained and qualified. The company specialises in addressing mice and rat issues inside the home. It offers a one-year guarantee certificate on its rodent treatment. Pest Protect quotes for all jobs before starting and gets permission before doing extra work. It provides pest control services including rat, mice, bedbug, pigeon, cockroach, wasp, flea, moth, squirrel, ant and beetle control.

Rodent and bird control work forms the core of what customers describe about this London pest control company, with mice and rats featuring repeatedly in the feedback. Connor is named in most accounts and emerges as the staff member most often praised, described as professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and willing to explain what was being done and why. More than one customer describes a fast response, with enquiries answered promptly and visits arranged quickly after first contact. A recurring theme is the effectiveness of treatment: one household reports no further signs of mice following two visits, while another describes a rodent problem being resolved after an initial inspection.

Aftercare features often, particularly the willingness to answer questions once work is complete. Reviewers also mention the friendly manner of the technician and the reassurance this gave during what some describe as a stressful situation, including a case where a motion camera alert prompted an urgent call-out. Praise is consistent for the speed of the initial visit, clear communication before and after treatment, and professionalism on site. Bird control is also covered within the company's service range, alongside the animal control and welfare activity reflected in its listed specialisms.
