The chap Jawed is genuine and experienced. And Shahid was available to advise on the telephone which was very good. Well done. Jawad managed to remove the rat on the second course of treatment. Make sure you request for the ‘ingress points’ to be checked because you may decide to keep some rooms closed off from the rest of your home. Ie Our rat had been able to get into the living area through a bathroom wall under the toilet bowl! It had travelled through the sewer and chewed through a pipe to gain access. Act quickly.

Very professional, reassuring and prompt service. I called on Sunday and my call was picked up immediately. I also really liked that it was a personal service. Shahid picked up the call, booked me in and was round on Tuesday. It was a very thorough heat treatment for bed bugs. They arrived at 10:00am, set up the machines, steamed and then finished with a spray. They left at 19:00 after answering all queries and reassuring our anxieties. Would highly recommend.
Excellent customer service. The company went over and beyond to ensure our situation was resolved. They sent a contractor out on the day we called them and explained what needed to be done before and after treatment!
