Been having problems with vermin in the walls Richard came (on time for the appointment he made) and was very polite, patient and kind. He had a look round and was very thorough, he instantly knew how and where they were getting in. He took pictures and came up with a plan of how to get rid of them. I felt very informed and Richard put my mind at ease. Thank you
