Mum was extremely anxious but Steve was fantastic and dealt with the problem quickly & effectively which helped eliviate her fears - he even came back the next day to check on things for her. Really happy with Steve’s service and have no hesitation in recommending SPCPMS’s services to others. Steve was able to come out to the property within 24hrs of calling (some other companies still haven’t bothered returning my call!), and set about identifying the source of the problems and discussing various options to deal with them - taking the time to explain that he’s not an ‘exterminator’ he’s a ‘controller’ who will try and use non-lethal option where they exist. His experienced eye picked up telltale signs immediately and he was all complete with the visit inside of an hour. I thought his price was real value for money considering how quickly he came out to the property - really nice not to have be landed with a huge bill! And he had the courtesy to follow up the appointment to see how everything was going. If only all companies offered a service as professional as SPCPMS!

Steve came to my home address to deal with a wasps nest in my loft. He dealt with the problem quickly and effectively and without any fuss. Would highly recommend his services.

Steve was brilliant today, my Husband called him at 09:00 this morning and he was at our property by 11:00 and completed the job on the day. Very professional, thorough, communicated what he was doing and gave advice before leaving. Very reasonably priced as well. He has lifted a huge weight off our shoulders today..
