Fantastic service. Immediate response to call having found a wasps nest. I was stung during the night & found two wasps in the bedroom (window open). Attended only a few hours later (after 7pm when others may have called it a day). Cheerful, explained what he would do & assured me the wasps would be gone by the morning. Shared useful knowledge about wasp behaviour & what to look for. Excellent for future prevention. True to his word the wasps have gone. Excellent price. We contacted Spire Pest Control regarding a suspected wasp nest in the loft and as luck had it there were literally 2 minutes away from our house. They came over straight away, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They sorted our problem straight away and told us to call back the following day if there were still signs of wasps, so great after care. The next day we found another nest in the garage and again they were very responsive, coming out within a couple of hours. They again sorted out our problem with ease. Highly recommended their services, they provide a calm and friendly service in your time of need!
Stuart really went the extra mile to help us. He was amazingly quick to respond to our call for help. Fitted us in really quickly and carried out a full survey of our drains. He spent time clearly explaining to us what he found and showing us the images on his camera display screen. We are very grateful for his brilliant, expert skills with the camera, the detailed written report and his successful location of the entry point of the rats that had been causing us so much distress. He went further and recommended another professional who could fix the problem for us. Excellent and friendly man. Would highly recommend this business.
