Called Surekill for the first time thismorning after finding rat droppings in our shed and then a rat in the garden and they were able to have a guy out to us by lunchtime. Both the guy who came out and the lady on the phone were friendly and gave a run down of their plan, ultimatley being able to get rid of one rat today and scheduled a return to check the traps in a couple of weeks. Definitely put us at ease and incredibly professional, highly recommend their services.

We’ve just had Farrer out to come and handle a honeybee swarm in our bedroom air brick and bees coming into our home. He was very quick (here within 30 mins), friendly and so so helpful. He’s saved the day for us. Really knew his stuff and was very professional. Would absolutely recommend to others in the area!

Used this form for an emergency call out for squirrels trapped in the roof, arrived on time and dealt with the problem quickly and made a free follow-up check a few days later.
