Zake came over within a few hours of our call on a Saturday to deal with a wasp nest in our garden. He dealt with them quickly and explained the whole process and next steps to us clearly. It was £110 which we were happy to pay to have the situation resolved right away. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I don’t usually leave reviews before a job is fully finished, but I wanted to say how impressed we’ve been already. He has done two visits so far and has a third one booked in, and from the very first phone call he has been excellent. He is friendly, reliable, professional and clearly knows exactly what he is doing. He explained everything in a calm, straightforward way, turned up when he said he would, and has been easy to contact throughout. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job properly and not just rushing through it. What really stood out to us was how thorough and knowledgeable he is. He took the time to check everything carefully, explain what he was doing, and make sure we understood the process. He has been respectful, honest and very reassuring throughout. It’s hard to find someone these days who is this dependable and genuinely good at their job. We felt confident from the start that we were in safe hands, which makes a huge difference. Based on how good the service has been so far, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. A real professional, great customer service, and someone who clearly cares about doing a proper job. Resolved a rodent problem within 2 visits. Really informative and helpful. Always quick to respond and identified the possible causes really quickly. Can't recommend enough as the previous owner strategy of using poison wasn't working.
