West Midlands Wasp Control

West Midlands Wasp Control handles wasp nest removal in Birmingham, and reviewers describe a responsive service that often treats nests the same day. George is named repeatedly as friendly, knowledgeable and speedy in removing nests, including a cellar infestation that had resisted months of DIY attempts. Treatment is described as successful, with customers noting that nests were cleared and no wasps returned. Communication comes up often: customers were told what was happening during the visit and what to expect afterwards, and several mention feeling reassured when they were nervous about wasps.

The technician is described as professional and respectful of the home, taking care while working inside. A recurring complaint, by contrast, concerns no-shows and scheduling: some customers waited in all day for a booked visit that never happened, and one account describes a technician arriving without ladders for a roof nest and declaring the job impossible. Others report bookings logged for the wrong day and having to chase appointments. The successful treatments and helpful manner sit alongside these punctuality and booking problems.
