Broadway Environmental Services

I'm disappointed with this service. I hired Marcus from Broadway Environmental Services to deal with the rodent infestation in my loft. His communication was good prior to payment however once payment was made he became unresponsive despite the issue not being dealt with. I had to call from different numbers and get other people to speak to him on my behalf. The rodent issue still hasn't been resolved.

Called Broadway Pest Control based on reviews i had read Really pleased i did, Marcus was excellent in both his knowledge and customer approach Completely put my mind at ease and sorted my mice problem out swiftly without fuss and as a family run business the service seemed far more personable I would definitely recommend, and a top bloke too Martyn Whittlesey

Had a large Wasps nest form in the garden which just kept getting bigger. After 1 phonecall to this company they came out within an hour and sorted the problem! Very professional service, quick,friendly and effective!!!! Problem dealt with and garden safe again. Thank you so much from your happy customer 😊😊

Called one evening and by the following afternoon, Marcus had attended and our wasp problem was gone. He took the time to explain their guarantee too, given the problem location of the wasps but this service wasn't required.

Highly recommend Marcus at Broadway Environmental Services. I made a (panic induced) call to them this (Sunday) morning, he picked up, advised and despite working all day, came to mine just after 6pm. Fortunately what I thought to be a wasps nest turned out to be a swarm of bees which have now, thankfully, moved on. I found Marcus polite, professional, knowledgable and very reassuring and won't hesitate to recommend him/Broadway to anyone in my position. Great to receive such good customer service these days...
