Had some issues with one operative at first.being late or not comming at all without any notice. BUT WHEN CONTACTED OFFICE THEY SENT SOMEONE AND THEY DID 1000% JOB.VERY THOROUGH . Covered all that was needed to cover. I see dalpest dalpumps and dalrod often durring routine works at my work place.they was always on time and never missed apointment.

We’ve had a great experience with Dalpest Solutions in Peterborough. Their team have been excellent at helping keep our premises safe from some very unwanted ‘visitors’! They’re always professional, friendly and discreet when on site which is really important for a working environment. Communication has been great throughout and they clearly know exactly what they’re doing. It’s been a pleasure having them on board and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other businesses looking for a reliable pest control service.

Well, what can I say I learnt more in 1 day than another company I had used for ages !!. Absolutely couldn't fault these guys Richard was amazing . so was the all the appointments on time work done on time when said they would 👍 I really do recommend this company . It was a breath of fresh air to know not only was they very knowledgeable about the work but also took into consideration the wild life I have visiting my garden . Terrible experience, awful service, we had a rat problem for nearly 5 months! Treatment Visit after treatment visit knowing there was a drain problem from the start. Took advantage of our panic and stress as owners and just kept coming out to treat the problem but not resolve it knowing what it was. Charges are extortionate. Do not use this firm for rat problems, their business model appears to be to get in as many treatment visits as possible even if it’s not working. get a smaller local firm instead with a local drain person that they use.

Had rats reeking havoc in the loft and Dalpest did a superb job eliminating them. Would use them again for any other pest problem, cheers!

Richard was excellent- he help me deal with a problem of bats along with birds in my loft. This became a rather complicated two month technical and legal issue - without his dedication and professionalism I’m sure the problems would have escalated further. He stated when I first contacted him that he ‘liked a challenge’ - he certainly lived up to his word. I cannot recommend him highly enough - whatever pest problem you have - call him.

I would reccomend this company, they came out and completed a FREE inspection as I had a squirrel infestation from my joining neighbour last year, I thought the issue was back, I have piece of mind there are no issues, so I was able to complete my loft boarding as scheduled.
