Wasp nests, hornets, squirrels in lofts and pigeons settling behind solar panels form the backdrop to feedback on this Nailsea-based bird and pest control service, where Richard's name appears across nearly every account. Customers repeatedly describe rapid responses to initial enquiries, with two wasp nests dealt with on the day of the call and a hornets nest in a neighbour's garden handled without delay. Reliability and communication are recurring themes: a text message confirming arrival was found genuinely useful, and emails were answered promptly.

Several reviewers highlight tidy, professional workmanship, especially on pigeon-proofing and netting fitted around solar panels, where the finish was described as neat and secure. Favourable quotes are mentioned alongside protective clothing, spraying and removal methods, and a calm yet efficient manner during follow-up visits to check and clear squirrels. Garden settings in Portishead were left safe once wasps had gone, and the solar panel guard installations complement the proofing work. Friendliness towards customers, including extra care for an elderly neighbour, runs through the feedback as a consistent strength.
