Simon came to get rid of a wasp nest. He was friendly, informative and explained what he would do to de-activate the nest. He also called the next day to check and reassure me that all wasps were gone.

Friday morning drama!, we had a Swift flying around our office corridor, trying to get to its nesting babies outside.
