Me and my fiance had recently moved in to our new home and on the Sunday night spotted a rodent in our kitchen. We called through and had a visit booked for the next day. Gray came out and surveyed the property and identified how our un welcome lodger had got in. He was lovely and incredibly friendly with fantastic knowledge. I felt really reassured. Gray then revisited multiple times and ensured the problem was fixed and helped with preventative measures to stop it happening again. Wonderful service all around.
