Rentokil Pest Control - Birmingham

Excellent customer service from Ricard Parry, I enquired yesterday for a quote and within 24hours we have had a site survey completed. Richard was on time, professional and provided me with an innovative solution which has minimal environmental impact.

Brilliant service. Andy Yates is a pleasure to work with overtime he comes to visit!

Been having problems with vermin in the walls Richard came (on time for the appointment he made) and was very polite, patient and kind. He had a look round and was very thorough, he instantly knew how and where they were getting in. He took pictures and came up with a plan of how to get rid of them. I felt very informed and Richard put my mind at ease. Thank you

Richard Parry came to do a survey and gave excellent advice, he was polite, on time, respectful and explained everything really well.

Rich is very knowledgeable, having decades of experience in this field. He has been prompt in response, survey and providing a quote. He has a direct approach to the problem and explained everything clearly. Happy with the service.

As a company we have been with Rentokil for almost 23 years. Richard has been a long term contact and a huge help to us over the years both as a technician and in a more senior role. Nothing is too much trouble and he is so willing to help us whenever we have a problem. He is testament as to why we have stuck with Rentokil for so many years. Friendly, helpful and reliable, we are very happy with the service provided by both Richard and Rentokil.

Rich was brilliant. Came to the unit and quoted us straight away after surveying the property. He was friendly and explained everything we needed. I would highly recommend Rich to other business users and friends alike.
