Surekill Pest Control

Surekill Pest Control is a family-run business operating since 1992, with over 20 years of experience in pest control. The company serves the whole of the Yorkshire region, including Harrogate, Wakefield, and surrounding areas. Its staff are fully qualified, holding the Level 2 RSPH Pest Management qualification. It is a member of the National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA) and the British Pest Control Association (BPCA).

It offers pest control services for domestic, commercial, and industrial clients, providing insect, rodent, and bird control services. The company works in partnership with many leading property management companies. Unmarked vehicles are available for discreet service, and its technicians are not working solely on commission.

Commercial clients who have relied on the team for several years describe the service as efficient, reliable and communicative, with reports provided after each visit. Domestic customers facing urgent problems, from rats in sheds and gardens to squirrels trapped in roofs and honeybee swarms entering through air bricks, repeatedly mention how quickly an appointment was arranged and how promptly the technician arrived, often within a short time of the initial call.

Reviewers highlight the friendliness of the booking staff and the clear explanation of the treatment plan before work began, followed by a return visit to check traps or a follow-up inspection at no extra cost. Named members of staff, including Kevin, Farrer and Sara, are singled out for their knowledge and helpful advice, whether dealing with seagulls on a roof, moths in a flat or a fly infestation. Tidiness and fair value for money come up regularly, alongside the reassurance that someone is always available to answer queries. Treatment for wasps, rodents and insects around Leeds features throughout the accounts, and the willingness to share practical prevention tips.
