I would strongly advise others to avoid using this pest control company based on my experience. I hired them to deal with a rat issue at my property and paid for the service in good faith. Unfortunately, the investigation into the problem was not carried out thoroughly. Basic areas that should have been checked during an inspection, such as behind the fridge and other obvious locations where rats commonly access food or shelter, were not examined. During the visit, foam was inserted under the roof tiles as a method of blocking entry points. While I was aware this was being done at the time, I later discovered that this is not considered appropriate practice as it restricts airflow beneath the tiles and can lead to moisture build-up, mould, and potential deterioration of the roof structure. I was advised that the correct approach would normally involve installing metal mesh by removing the tiles rather than inserting foam underneath them. When I raised these concerns, the company became defensive. I was initially told that a refund would be provided, but they later changed their position and refused to return the payment. Overall, the service was unprofessional and resulted in nearly three weeks being wasted while the rat issue remained unresolved. I have since had to bring in another pest control company to correct the mistakes and properly address the problem. This was a very disappointing experience and I would strongly recommend that others consider alternative pest control providers.

Excellent service from Four Seasons Pest Control. The team were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and carried out work in my property that I had been waiting a long time for my housing provider to deal with. A huge relief to finally have these issues sorted. Mikey from 4 Seasons Enviornmental Services has been very professional and courteous, knowledgeable and his perseverance has not been questionable. He worked with me to finding solutions to the issues we experienced and it appears this may have resolved it. Mikey has been friendly in his approach and continued to keep lines of communication open despite number of visits, until we were satisfied the problem had been caught or eradicated. 4 seasons I had found Via Google - excellent company for removing pests 😖 Especially Micheal such a down to earth person, listens to customers and does all he can to support and help so helpful & understanding..
