After reading the reviews I was impressed and contacted the company. After speaking to Graham, he was very informative and clear with the work that would be carried out and how much payment would be. He organised the scaffolding to be erected a day before the work was carried out. The two scaffolding guys were very friendly and worked promptly without disruption. The next day Graham and Derek worked hard and got the job done in one day. My solar panels have never looked cleaner too! The bird proofing is very neat, strong and is keeping the pigeons out. I got in touch with GC as I needed the utility room in my garden cleaned and sanitised after pest had been removed. It was very easy to arrange an appointment and the price was reasonable. The job was completed in under one hour with excellent results. I do recommend.
Respond to my request within 10 minutes sorted a date that suited in a timely manner. Explain what had been done and cleared the nest which was in a vent and explained what we could do to prevent another nest, very polite and respectful thanks so much would definitely use again.
Graham and Derek have dealt with our rat "problem" in our loft and service cavity behind the bathroom wall very smoothly, despite the very confined spaces and inaccessibility - and not to mention the smell. Over the course of a few visits, they qiockly pinned down the source of the problem (rats gnawing their way out of a flexible WC pan connector from the sewers into our house), liaised with the plumber to access and resolve the damage, and then cleaning and sanitising the whole area afterwards. They were very down to earth and friendly, and we were very happy with the price. We hope not to have to see them again (!), but would thoroughly recommend them to anyone finding themselves with unwelcome rodents.

Pigeons nesting under solar panels. Fantastic service from start to finish. Professional, informative,knowledgeable ,trustworthy, safety conscious and friendly. I was given a clear explanation of what would be done. Graham answered questions and texts quickly throughout whole experience.. He arranged the erection of scaffolding by another excellent team of 4 which was done in under 2 hours. Graham and Derek arrived on time and worked solidly and safely and cheerfully for over 6 hours .Before applying the netting securely around the solar panels , they removed the nest, bio cleaned the roof , removed lichen and moss and poo . They cleaned the panels which look like new , and then cleaned the gutters. Highest recommendation for this company. Thanks Siobhan
