From the first contact this company was attentive and ensued confidence from their knowledge and professional advice. Matt was responsive to my query and Gav who attended was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. They made a potential stressful situation calmer and resolved the situation quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.
Really thorough, experienced and helpful staff throughout the whole inspection. Provided advice moving forward to ensure a safe environment is kept within the house. Suggested what to use, future plans and how the process will ensure safety of the home to ensure all pests are dealt with. Overall, a fantastic company that does their very best to ensure customer satisfaction.

We had an issue regarding fleas. We then thought it may be bedbugs. Matt came round did a thorugh insp. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. He assured us there was no insect problems at all. Which put our minds at rest,to say the least.
