Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he arrived the very same day, which was a huge relief. The price was extremely fair, especially considering the prompt response and professional service. Malcolm was friendly, knowledgeable, and dealt with the nest quickly and efficiently. We became aware of a possible rodent issue in our kitchen, so I contacted Malcolm at Pestforce and he arranged for his colleague Stephan to come and investigate. He quickly worked out that it was a Rat!! He dealt with it over 3 visits . Stephan is friendly and knowledgeable, and provided me with a written report via email after each visit . I would definitely recommend if you get any fury visitors!!
Amazing super speedy service. I called Malcolm in the morning and within a couple of hours his co-worker was here to help with an ant problem. Lovely, genuine, down to earth people.

Excellent service, professional and friendly. And they came out to see us on the day that I phoned which was extremely helpful and appreciated as we'd just come home from being away and were very stressed about our new furry visitor. Anyway they sorted the problem on first occasion and came in to check a couple more times that he hadn't returned which he hadn't. Would highly recommend these guys.
