I really exhausted all humane solutions before contacting pest control,the mice after all,are just trying to survive, but my mind was somewhat put at ease by the thorough explanation of how the particular rodenticide works,which mattered greatly to me, but after mice took up residence in my grandsons bedroom,as well as downstairs,including juvenile mice and adults .. I had to do more than catch and release. Can’t fault the work which was done ,with consideration of my upset. Such a kind person. With so much knowledge.. discreet and faultless. Thank you.Catherine
