Jesse is excellent. He understood the issues we had and considered his options which he discussed with us. The treatment was quickly completed and appeared effective within a few minutes. I had the horrible realisation that a rodent had somehow entered my home. This was late Friday evening during a bank holiday weekend and after phoning numerous 24/7 365 emergency pest controlers, was repeatedly told they were closed until Tuesday. I eventually came across Primitive Control. They were both sympathetic and concerned and promptly sent Jesse round the following morning. He was polite and professional, and after a thorough investigation, identified exactly how and where the unwelcome visitor had got in and thankfully had since left. The access point was then effectively treated to prevent any future occurrences. Jesse also returned to check that the treatment had proved effective, which it certainly has. I rang Jesse and told him about the fact that we had rats in our house. Jesse to start with was very soft spoken, patient and responsive. He has good customer service and interpersonal skills. He was very clear with what solutions he was going to provide. We had a 3 week plan and each time he was on time. The problem over the 3 weeks has been solved. Jesse did not make payment a priority. He prioritised ensuring that the problem was solved and we stopped getting infested with rats and I think we achieved a very positive result. Thanks Jesse. Amazing work. Well done.

Exceptional professional & most definitely recommend his services! Very supportive through a stressful time with rodents then flies just before Christmas!! Jesse did several visits at no extra cost until we insisted. He’s extremely knowledgeable and literally could smell a rat. Such a nice person and dedicated!

Noticed a rat family in the garden. Tried some snap-traps myself, to no avail. Called Primitive Control. Jesse was friendly ,knowledgeable and helpful. He investigated, set four traps, with a view to check in a week. He came back after a week, and changed to a stronger bait. This is now seven weeks after the first appointment. He’s completed his final check and there is no sign of any rats. I can thoroughly recommend his service, both on a professional and personal level.
