Osman has been to put poison down for a rat we have in the loft. Problem has been ongoing for 2 years. Have had numerous companies come but osman is the first to want to inspect my neighbours property to which he strongly believes he has found the external entry point from the neighbours house. We live in a semi. Osman will attend for two more inspections. Great job so far.
Excellent service, arrived on time and dealt with the wasps efficiently and effectively, highly recommended!
We used this company to try and eradicate a flea problem left by a tenant. The company came twice and charged £420 after this the problem was the same. The contractor working at the property said they were barely in the house 10 minutes and hazardly sprayed with a garden sprayer. I contacted Copley to advise them the problem still existed and the poor quality of their operative. I requested a complimentary visit in order for the job to ba carried out correctly. This was rejected and they wanted to charge £135 for another visit. I have subsequently contacted a reputable company who has advised it would take an hour to properly fumigate. My advice aviod this company at all costs, shoddy work and poor customer service.
A thoroughly professional service. The operative Lee explained the process from start to finish, and was very knowledgeable about the subject of eradicating the wasps nest. In addition he has a unique and personal customer facing approach. Good to do business with. Thank you, regards, Mike
We phoned Copley very anxious about a potential rat/mice issue in the house. Lee arrived within about an hour. He identified the rat issue and explained everything to us about what he was going to do. His knowledge and advice given is exceptional. We felt so relieved and reassured the issue would be dealt with and look forward to his second visit.
Impressively efficient - I sent my enquiry late one evening and the technician was here before lunch the next day. He knew his stuff and had the situation assessed very quickly. Office also helpful and quick to respond to queries.
Ryan visited us this morning as part of our squirrel removal. He was very punctual, friendly and respectful. I have no problem recommending copleys.
