4.8 / 5 · 3131 totalWe used this company to try and eradicate a flea problem left by a tenant. The company came twice and charged £420 after this the problem was the same. The contractor working at the property said they were barely in the house 10 minutes and hazardly sprayed with a garden sprayer. I contacted Copley to advise them the problem still existed and the poor quality of their operative. I requested a complimentary visit in order for the job to ba carried out correctly. This was rejected and they wanted to charge £135 for another visit. I have subsequently contacted a reputable company who has advised it would take an hour to properly fumigate. My advice aviod this company at all costs, shoddy work and poor customer service.

Made an inquiry around 10 am this morning and technician arrived within an hour. Ryan and Kevin were very professional and efficient in carrying out their survey. Their task was made all the more difficult due to the extreme high temperatures both outside, and in our roof space. They did a thorough seatch around the property, made safe, all areas where they found ingress, and left appropriate treatments. They then went on to give clear, solid advice on the next steps they will be taking to complete the service. They left us with great peace of mind.
