Anthony was incredibly professional, diligent and thorough. He went above and beyond when we were unsure how we were seeing our rat problem. He came Up with solutions and came back an extra time to put our minds at ease. Recommended to neighbours and the whole street! Knowledgable and confident as well as personable and understanding. We were in the process of buying a house and the seller told us there had been mice, so we wanted to get it sorted before we even moved in. Riddex Pest Control were brilliant from start to finish. He was quick to reply to texts, really patient and friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I am quite a particular person and like to understand what is being done, but he never made me feel like I was asking too much or overreacting. I never actually met him in person, but he kept me fully updated, was really thorough in what he did, and provided a full report and photos afterwards so we knew exactly what had been done. Brilliant service — you really do get what you pay for. The previous owner had tried to sort the mice herself, but missed quite a few entry points - Riddex found and sealed thses - she said she has not seen any mice since. I would highly recommend Riddex Pest Control. Worth every penny !

We had an issue with a wasps nest under our eaves. My son was beginning to hear a noise from his bedroom. Riddex were very quick to respond and came the next day. The guy who came was brilliant, careful to check it was wasps and not bees. My husband said he was very informative. He got rid of them pretty quickly and checked up a day later to make sure they had gone. Price I think was about standard, maybe a little more than one other company quoted but worth the extra, very professional.

Anthony kindly came out the same day to address an issue my mum of 92 had been having with ants getting into her porch and room which was causing her some distress. He was so kind and helpful and made us laugh, she felt so reassured by him. He located the problem and explained exactly what was happening and followed this by spraying and protecting the property from further issue To top it all I was absolutely but pleasantly shocked to discover that when receiving the invoice he hadn’t charged her at all. Absolute great experience. We had a big field mice problem and needed help. Called Saturday and got a visit already on Tuesday. Very professional and efficient while also explaining what is what. 2nd visit to evaluate the situation and 3rd visit to close all entries. Every visit was always a pleasure and he was always on time. Result is perfect as we have no more unwelcome visitors and we now save tons of money on nuts we used as bait prior to his visits. Price was also more than reasonable!! Big thank you and I can only recommend Riddex Pest Control!
