Took us over 6 months to trace the holes occurring in our front garden ,We managed to call Ed and Jorge only when the problem became unbearable after numerous attempts at solutions.They picked up on rat infestation via a poorly installed drain by Red Row who were not interested in addressing the issue. Immediately upon first visit and inspected the area they found the problem. They then quoted and properly installed the drain housing which caused a protrusion in the down sleeve ,an opening where rats travelling along the drain entered and tunnelled into the garden causing havoc . The job was very professionally done from start to finish .Very friendly and on point ,we need more tradesman’s like you guys . Thank you .

I had a wasps nest in my roof which I needed sorting out urgently as I couldn’t open my windows due to wasps getting into the bedrooms. The pest controller came at a time to suit me, sprayed a powder where the nest was, and within 24 hours no more wasps to be seen. Virtually instant response from Ed and Jorge. We had a family of squirrels causing havoc in our office building in Wigston. Jorge arrived within 30mins of our phone call, surveyed the building, identified where the Squirrels were living and set traps. He came back twice a week and removed anything that had been captured. Within 4 weeks the issue was resolved and we could tidy-up the mess left by the Squirrels in our offices. Ed sent Jorge back once a week for another month, just to ensure that the situation was 100% resolved. Easy to deal with, honest communication (even sent me pictures of what was found).
