I recently used Modern Pest Control in kingston and was very impressed with their service. From the first call, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. They explained the process clearly and booked an appointment at a time that suited me.
Overcharges, don’t use them. Contacted for ant extermination, they initially tried to sell us 3 to 4 sessions for £950 (£316-£237/session). We looked online and the average price is £150-£200 per session, which is what a competitor quoted us. The guys says he could as his “boss” to lower it but then started giving us lower numbers on the spot, made us question whether this “boss” even existed. The rep was also quite creepy if I’m honest. We have a baby and I think he thought we were desperate and tried to take advantage of us. Wouldn’t take no for an answer when I told him we changed our mind do had to close the door in his face.
