Faz treated the wasps nest at my property and did a fantastic job, I called and he was there within an hour and a half of an evening too. He was polite, professional and gave a full explanation of what he was doing, the six months guarantee is an added bonus to an already great service
Faz and his colleague arrived exactly when he said he would. He was respectful and very reassuring. I was terrified when i was waiting but totally calmed down 15 mins into his visit. He explained everything very well. I will recommend Faz to anyone who needs his services.
Sam was fantastic, he came the same day when we had rats in our attic and got rid of them. He was so kind and helpful and by the second visit the rats were gone, I cannot thank North Eagle enough. I highly recommend!!!
In the hot weather a swarm of bees infested our chimney and one of the rooms in our house, which was highly worrying. North Eagle were our big heroes. They responded immediately on a Friday night and within 90 minutes of my call an experienced engineer was on site at our home and able to assist. Highly recommended from the point of contact when my call was handled with understanding and the speedy professional response. Faz was exceptional in the speed of his response. Within 24 hours of needing the service, Faz and Sam were here. Faz and Hamed came over same day, super short notice, removed our bee infestation and helped with other things around the house that had been driving us wild (ants and other burrowing bees!!) amazing team highly recommended, thank you so much
