I had a problem with squirrels in my loft so I called Defender Pest Control and spoke to Tom and he arranged for Niall Lucas-Brown to call me back for an appointment to come out and see me. Niall called me back & arranged a suitable time. When Niall arrived I found him to be professional ,explaining the whole procedure off what was to happen. Niall I found to have a very friendly manor about him. Niall set the trap on the first visit & before he left squirrel had been caught and that was taken away. Niall did the four visits ,laying all the traps and did a fantastic job removing another squirrel, checking the loft for any noises before being happy all had gone before sealing up the whole. Niallis a true professional in this field of work and is a credit to this company in my opinion. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anybody who has these sort of problems.

Excellent service from the team when we needed a bumblebee nest removing from the garden. Quick response to query, next day appt given, excellent communication at every stage and the best price we had been quoted. Removed the bees to relocate to a rural location. I cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Niall is an absolute credit to you. Super polite, great communication, and job completed successfully. And the other employee (I didnt catch his name) who came to help complete the sealing off of tbe garden room was also brilliant. Can only give tom and the team 5 stars. Moved into a new house, heard what we thought was rats. Called Tom at 9pm that evening and he had someone here at 9am the next morning. Identified a squirrel infestation and was sorted in less than 2 weeks. Had a few problems with traps etc and tom or one of the team was here in less than an hour every time, even on a Sunday at 11pm. Cannot fault the service and would absolutely recommend to anyone! Thanks so much guys.
