Unfortunately not happy with the service provided. We contacted the provider with sparrow nesting under the roof in multiple places, which has damaged our new felt and wanted to bird proof. But the solution provided didn’t last and they had to come 3 times to fix it , but still didn’t work out. The birds are nesting exactly the same place again, when contacted I have not been told it’s might squirrel problem but I can see the sparrow managed to get in as usual like the first time and the solution offered is not good enough Won’t recommend I have text messages and videos as proof please - the birds are not finding new ways they are going and nesting at exactly the same place Your team had to come few times as the proofing was not done properly and I am not expecting a free service every year I was requesting you fix the work which I paid for
Avoid this company, liars and scammers. We had a flying ants infestation in our bathroom (or should I say have). Man came out, put down some trays of poison and said it should be gone in a week. Charged nearly £100, all seemed ok. Left the bathroom alone for a week, going in everyday to check and it appeared to be getting better. Guess what? It was not. The same man came back after a week and said it’s all looking good, there may be a few ants here and there still but all on track etc etc. The man knew that we hadn’t dealt with anything like this before and clearly used this to his advantage. He then tried to charge my partner nearly £100 again, after previously stating that the initial charge included a return visit a week after the first visit. Obviously, my partner told him absolutely not and asked him to leave. Fast forward a couple days, the bathroom is covered in ants and flying ants again. My partner got hold of the company and they basically tried to fob him off, spouting all sorts of rubbish and saying it now may take up to two weeks for the poison to work, also being very rude towards my partner. His next solution was to seal up the crack that the ants were coming out of, therefore sealing them in our home alive, I have never heard anything like it! My partner phoned another pest control company for a second opinion and they have agreed that it sounds like this company has taken liberties. I would highly recommend you to not use this company.
