PGH Beegone Pest Control

A company that basically just do not want to take responsibility for work they have done. I had a bee extraction done by Louchlan Deeming in September 2023. This was all done under the official PG Beegone on their official paperwork and guarantees given. I have just noticed bees on the same wall again and called them. Their response was they are not responsible as the person who did the removal was a franchisee. Be aware of this if you ever choose to use their services which were an exorbitant amount in excess of £4000.

Lockie came out on a home visit to sort out our mouse problems as we live in a rural area; he identified the issues advised us clearly and provided quick and effective solutions with a friendly and expert manner - I cant recommend him highly enough.

Locky was very professional and efficient when assessing our loft space. Timing of appointment was perfect and locky was very thorough. We had no issues within our loft and it was nice to find a firm that would actually complete an inspection without the need of evidence up front. We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

Having had a squirrel take up residence in our loft we called Beegone Pest Control Services and Locky arrived the following day to assess the situation. Within three days the problem was solved efficiently and without any fuss. He then used a drone to check our roof for further weaknesses where another rodent(s) may enter. Locky is knowledgable, reliable and thorough regarding his occupation. He is also a very polite and friendly person.I would recommend him to anyone who was experiencing similar pest control problems. 18/05/23 After hearing scratching (mice) in the loft and fearing the worst we phoned Locky to come and investigate. He came within two days and left seven bait bags. Within three days the scratching had stopped and a check of the loft revealed four of the bags have been consumed and three are missing. We have heard nothing since. Locky's experience and prompt action regarding these issues has extinguished the problem. If this issue returns we will not hesitate to contact Locky. Once again I would recommend Beegone Pest Control Services for any pest control infestations.
