Pigeon proofing and the removal of birds and their nesting material recur as the central themes in feedback for this London specialist. Jake is named repeatedly, with reviewers describing him as polite, responsive and willing to take on awkward access at height where other contractors would not. Several customers mention that guano and debris were cleared away thoroughly, leaving gardens, balconies and soffits clean once the work was finished. Bird spikes and proofing measures are singled out for being installed to a high standard across pipes, ledges and every available gap, and the results are described as lasting, with pigeons no longer roosting or nesting afterwards.

Response times are praised, including attendance at short notice and jobs completed within a few hours. The pricing is called fair and reasonable, particularly where access was difficult and other quotes had exceeded expectations. Communication is reported as clear and proactive from the first enquiry through to completion, with advice given on how to keep birds from returning. Reviewers note that barns, roofs and scaffolding were all dealt with effectively, and that the tidy finish made the service easy to recommend.
