Project Multi Pest Control

Project Multi Pest was set up in 2016. Matthew Blackwell is the founder and a pest control technician and falconer. Matthew Blackwell has been in the pest control industry for over ten years. The team consists of two humans, five falcons, three ferrets, and two dogs. Technicians are certified by the National Pest Technician Association.

Technicians are trained in dog, falcon, and ferret handling. The company is Checkatrade approved. The company serves London and Kent. The company uses natural pest control methods such as falconry, dogs, and ferrets. The company offers pest control services including bird control, rat control, bed bug control, and wasp control.

Balcony and roofline projects in London form the backdrop to most accounts of this bird control specialist. Customers repeatedly describe netting installations that look neat, secure and taut, including one case where the mesh preserved a river view rather than spoiling it. Matthew is named often, praised for responding quickly, explaining how birds were gaining access and setting out long-term prevention before any work began. Bird removal from gaps under eaves and nesting inside roofs is a recurring theme, with access points sealed and deterrents fitted along ledges and rooflines.

Several reviewers highlight deep cleaning and disinfection of balconies that had become unusable, followed by proofing that kept pigeons away. Bird spikes on roof ledges feature in more than one account, described as making a marked difference. A detail many reviews return to is the standard of communication, from the first enquiry through to a final check before the team left. Work is described as finished on schedule, with premises left clean and tidy. Pricing is called fair, and longer guarantees are mentioned as justifying the cost. The trade covers both domestic properties and commercial buildings, with preventative pest work sometimes combined with bird control in a single visit.
