Came and dealt with a wasp nest on the same day. We had been quoted from other services that were going to be double the price and wouldn't be till the next day. Great service and friendly guy.

I recently used this pest control company and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, Jim was incredibly responsive, replying to my initial inquiry almost immediately. He was able to schedule a visit and come out just a couple of days later. Throughout the process, Jim was thorough and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what measures he was taking and why, which I found very reassuring. It’s clear he knows his stuff, and his calm demeanor really helped put my mind at ease. Jim visited a total of three times to ensure the job was done right, and he even let us know he’d be happy to return if any further issues cropped up. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing any advice or help.

Excellent service! Was here within a couple of hours of us contacting them and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently even though it was Saturday. Jim was the only person who helped me when there was a rat in the pipe leading to my bathroom. He was there the next day and responded to my texts when I was still worried. He was not an Ai response, but someone who was knowledgeable and understood. Thank you.

Jim sorted a squirrel problem for us in our loft, got him back out when I noticed quite a few bees around the outside of the house. Both issues solved quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

I normally try and ask around for recommendations as I hate picking a number from the book and taking a chance on an unknown business but I was left with no choice when it appeared I was having a problem with some unwelcome visitors. I did not need to worry when I messaged them right from the website. Even though it was a Sunday, I received a message within minutes. Jim was out the next afternoon and was clearly knowledgeable on the issues. He certainly put my worst fears to bed and used the simplest of solutions, not some elaborate, over-the-top production to drive up the price. I hope I don't need to call again anytime soon but if I do, there will be no hesitation now on who to call. Professional, friendly, very fair prices and prompt appearance, how could you do any better?
