Pest Solutions

We have a family property that had lay empty for a year or so. We discovered an issue with moths and got in contact with Pest Solutions. We were allocated Lewis who carried out an initial inspection of the property and advised on issue and specific treatment plan. Lewis kept lines of communication open between treatments and carried out treatments independently securing the property afterwards. This was a huge help as it meant that there was no need for us to arrange time off work to attend each time. Treatment now complete and happy with the result.

Reported a suspected squirrel in our awkward ground floor loft space with no obvious entry last Friday. The same day Lewis came over to investigate. He worked methodically through all the possibilities each visit. He successfully captured the squirrel and blocked the access point the following visit. Also inspected the rest of the house and garden for other pests and provided great tips/suggestions, on top of a daily report. As well as providing a 5-star service, he's a really nice guy that checked what we were happy with at each stage of the 5 visits. Also very punctual with great communication around visits. Won't hesitate to contact again if any other pests issues arise.

We had a fantastic experience with Pest Solutions. Thomas and Apryl were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the visit. They thoroughly inspected our kitchen and identified and blocked all the possible entry points for mice, taking the time to explain what they were doing and answer our questions. Their attention to detail and reassuring approach gave us real peace of mind. We really appreciated their excellent service and would highly recommend Pest Solutions to anyone needing reliable and knowledgeable pest control. Thank you, Thomas and Apryl!

Connor helped with a treatment of a wasp nest at our home. Good communication prior to punctual arrival and the steps involved were clearly explained before starting treatment, as well as what to expect afterwards. A very good service from a knowledgeable professional. Recommended Edit: 2nd visit to treat wasps, located source and applied second treatment. Received good advice in advance re: behaviour of wasps and what to expect.

Lewis was brilliant. We had some serious rat issues and he couldn’t have been more diligent, thoughtful and proactive. Learned a lot, gave us sound advice on what to do and was a pleasure to be around. Couldn’t recommend him / the team more highly.

Lewis was really great. He was really thorough and diligent, and really respectful of our home and garden. He was very clear and detailed in his observations and explanations. We're really happy with how he managed the whole situation, and would very happily recommend.

We discovered a massive wasp nest in our loft space yesterday. I contacted Pest Solutions and received a message from Megan this morning. After a brief exchange of messages, Megan was able to attend our home at lunchtime. She was lovely and very professional from start to finish and did an excellent job. We are extremely happy and would recommend Pest Solutions to anyone experiencing a similar issue. Thank you again. S
