A & S Pest Control in Plymouth is described by customers as a dependable choice for rat, mouse and wasp problems. Steve, named in most accounts, is praised for a professional and knowledgeable approach, with reviewers noting that he traces the source of an infestation rather than only putting down bait. A recurring theme is drain and sewer work: customers describe how he established that rats were entering from the sewer and installed a rat flap in the drain, resolving a problem that earlier attempts had not. Speed comes up often, with same-day visits and swift responses to calls about wasp nests and rodents.

Reviewers also highlight his honesty, including an occasion when he suggested self-help measures for a minor mouse issue and declined payment for the visit. Charges are described as fair, and his manner is consistently called friendly and helpful, with his son mentioned warmly. Follow-up support and clear communication before and after the job feature frequently, as does the reliability of the outcome, with customers reporting no further trouble once treatment was complete. The account finishes on the drain device that settled a long-running rat issue.
