Cardiff Pest Control Limited

Cardiff Pest Control Limited is a pest control company based in Cardiff with over nine years of experience. It serves both residential and commercial clients. The company offers a satisfaction guarantee and uses eco-friendly pest control methods. It provides free inspections for domestic pest control. Services include rodent control, bird proofing, wasp nest removal, and squirrel control.

Squirrel removal, wasp nest treatment and general pest work across Cardiff feature in the feedback, with swift resolution emerging as the dominant theme. Reviewers repeatedly mention response times, describing enquiries made in the late afternoon being answered within minutes and technicians reaching properties within the hour or on the same day. Punctuality and reliability are highlighted alongside this, with visits made as arranged and thorough inspections of lofts and roofs carried out before treatment began. The team is described as knowledgeable and forthcoming about both the process and what to expect afterwards, while follow-up calls to check on progress are singled out as a considerate touch.

Customers refer to wasp nests sprayed in roofs and conservatories, half a dozen squirrels cleared from a roof in under a fortnight, and infestations dealt with at two separate properties, with advice offered on preventing further problems or stings. Pricing is called competitive and fair for the standard of work. The member of staff named Kam is credited with attending quickly and resolving an issue almost immediately. Politeness and professionalism run through the accounts, as does the tidiness of the work itself.
