Covkill Pest Control

When they come out to the job it’s great but getting through to them when you’re trying to call is a shambles nobody ever answers!!! Both numbers they just ring out and cuts off I don’t understand how anyone gets through to them

I honestly can’t express enough how helpful Martin has been today. Midland Heart referred me to another company first, and they were absolutely diabolical from start to finish. The difference with CovKill, and with Martin specifically, has been unbelievable. From the moment he arrived, Martin showed what real customer service looks like. He’s so down-to-earth, respectful, and easy to talk to. We chatted the whole time, yet he still managed to carry out his work with complete professionalism. He kept me fully updated on everything he was doing, explained things clearly, and answered every question honestly. I’ve genuinely never had such amazing service on a first visit from any company. If you’re thinking about booking with CovKill, please do, they are thorough, reliable, and truly committed to helping. I’m so happy with today’s visit. Thank you, Martin!

Excellent We call them to see the attic. Very professional, honest. No treatment needed at the end. Highly recommended. Polite and respectful.

I found Martin to be professional, polite and efficient. He was highly knowledgeable and resolved my issue (wasp nest treatment) . I have no problem with recommending him to anyone.

I had a hornet nest infestation and CovKill were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were prompt in responding and had the issue looked at within just a few hours. I received a text from Martin before he arrived, and he clearly explained the procedure as well as the follow-up precautions. The nest was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Excellent service – professional, reliable, and reassuring throughout. Highly recommended!

Amazing service received today from Martin. He replied to my message straight away and was with me within half an hour to tackle my wasps nest. Highly recommend Cov Kill and their exceptional friendly and efficient services and very reasonable priced! Thank you

Called for pest control service, got an appointment booked within that week, amazing price too and reliable as they ask you to pay after the service of each separate appointment, whilst other companies were telling me to pay upfront for all 3 appointments! No way. But Covkill was excellent and absolutely amazing service from Graham, he explained what he was gonna do to tackle the issue. Haven’t seen or heard any rats ever since. He was also very kind and respectable, especially with all that’s going on in the UK currently, he really made us feel comfortable and stress-free, very professional service all around, thankyou Graham!
