When they come out to the job it’s great but getting through to them when you’re trying to call is a shambles nobody ever answers!!! Both numbers they just ring out and cuts off I don’t understand how anyone gets through to them

Avoid! Attended our property, didn't assess the issue properly, too scared incase it was squirrels (which turns out it wasn't), left cages and smeared peanut butter all around our hatch then never came back. We called and called and called for a return visit, no one answers! But guess what, shocker, the cages caught two rats which were then rotting in our loft and caused a fly infestation. Thankfully we did not pay for this 'service' and a consistent and helpful company are now resolving the issues caused by this incompetent business. Word of advice from a business manager - do not take on jobs you are not going to see all the way through!
