I can’t recommend Chad highly enough. Dealing with bed bugs is incredibly stressful, but he made the whole experience so much easier from start to finish. Unlike some pest control companies that try to scare you into expensive fumigation treatments, Chad was honest, reassuring, and focused on what actually needed to be done. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never once pressured me into spending more than necessary. He was genuinely great to talk to and went out of his way to keep me calm and relaxed in what was a very tense situation. It’s rare to meet someone so professional yet so kind and down-to-earth. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable and definitely on the lower end compared to other quotes I received. Most importantly, the problem was handled thoroughly and effectively. If you’re dealing with pests and want someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice, Chad is absolutely the person to call.

One of the best pest control services by far. Chad and Tom are very knowledgeable and responsive. They have exterminated pest such as, bedbugs. Cockroaches. Mice and rats. Also they are a great team, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Rang Chad on the weekend to sort a wasp nest, he came the following day and cleared what turned out to be two nests! Friendly, efficient and a great service. Would definitely recommend.
We have been using elimination pest control for over a year. Chad is amazing at what he does, he is very thorough with his visits and always has follow up appointments to ensure the pests have gone! He is very professional, friendly and a lovely man to work with. Any time we email he will get straight back to us to book a visit, since using Chad we have managed to reduce the amount of pest and keep them at bay. Whereas the previous pest control company we were using had said it was a problem with the area and they would always be around!
