I submitted a request yesterday and was contacted today and agent came this afternoon. Treat- ment was given to area and recommendation for mesh to cover air brick to prevent further problem. Amazingly quick service - would highly recommend this company.

I own several offices around the Leeds area after a poor service from a previous local pest control company we contacted key west pest control and found them to be extremely professional and competently priced the reporting system they use is brilliant informative clear

I found this company to be a complete waste of time and money. I had explained to the telephone advisor and to their so called professional that I had issues with rats in my loft. I further explained in detail how I had cought three rats over a period of two weeks. Upon their workers inspection the following week he told me that we had mice not rats. He also told me that he had laid down one mouse trap plus some poison. He didn’t tell me that he had positioned all of them around one of my own rat traps that I had already set. He would not listen to a single word to what my wife or myself had said to him that day. I got back in touch with the company again who reassured me that they would send out a more experienced staff member straight away that afternoon free of charge. Five days on I’ve still haven’t heard a single thing from them. I would strongly advised anyone who reads this review to explore other options.

I have used this company several times now over a few years. Always very professional and brilliant staff who tell you exactly what they are doing. Today they were with me within a couple of hours and job done. Won’t hesitate to use again if need to.

As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Their service and value is second to none and I don’t feel the need to go elsewhere else. Friendly and fast service (sometimes the same day). I would highly recommend them to anyone.
